Orders will be shipped FedEx or UPS within 24 hours unless backordered.
Bras and Panties
Orders will be shipped via (USPS) or UPS within 24 hours. Orders of in stock items placed before 11:00 AM Eastern time (Excluding holidays and weekends) will usually ship out the same day. Orders placed after 11:00 AM usually ship out the next day. The packages usually arrive within 3-10 business days, depending on shipping option chosen. Expedited shipping is available for an extra charge and is an option at checkout

BACK ORDERS
We have a 92% availability rate versus the industries 85% availability rate and make every effort to stock all sizes and colors we offer. But we still may be out of an item you order occasionally. When this happens we will email you and ask if you would like a substitute item, to put your order on back order, or to get a refund. If you chose a refund we will issue the refund within 2 business days using your method of payment.
